We use only USDA prime beef, all natural pork & poultry. The Smoke
We smoke our meats with East Texas pecan wood. Creating a sultry smoke bath, we accentuate the flavor of
the meat, not overpower it. We smoke until we have rendered succulent, melt in your mouth barbecue.
